sorry also meant to add that I hate when flippers do cheap thing like this. It makes you wonder what else they cheaped out on.

As for the schools, right now Shepherd feeds Deal,which feeds Wilson. If you go to a feeder you go to the school it feeds into. If you do not go to Deal, then you go private, application high school. I doubt any family that moved here would send their children to Coolidge.

In the current boundary proposals for DCPS, it will be inbounds for Shepherd, Deal and Wilson. Not sure what is happening but unlikely that the school options will get worse, they may get better.

Shepherd is a well regarded elementary school.
