Title says in VA, as in Virginia, not at the VA, as in the Department of Veterans Affairs.

I am OP-thanks for your response.I am scared but ready to dust off my resume and move on.There was so much going on and I sensed that if I didn't resign then it was only a matter of time before I would get fired.

Doesn't sound like OP's boss did that though. She was asked to sign a reprimand for violating a policy (notify if you will be late).
