But this post here is proof positive, that is not the case. The people I know who do venture out to do it on their own end up getting burned - sometimes very badly. The board can't have it both ways. You guys can't all be so smart that you can buy and sell your own real estate then ask questions that indicate you would not be able to buy and sell your own real estate without help.

I'm sure their Redfin agents will be very helpful in navigating this purchase.
OP here- I was asking wondering what the deal was- clearly the listing notes were red flags. I was just trying to understand them. We are not in the market (happy with our house in Vienna) - just one of many people who follow the real estate in their area. Get a grip.
Well put, OP!
Agents, since you always seem so baffled by why there's so much animosity toward you, read your snotty, arrogant posts above and then think about it really hard. The inflated commissions are just a part of it. Making fun of buyers - not a good idea. We don't make fun of you for knowing nothing about our professions. You SHOULD feel threatened by Redfin, etc., and your nastiness makes it clear that you do.

Oh, you tiresome agent-basher. Haven't I instructed you to shut up? In this particular case, it's pretty clear the value of having an experienced industry professional and agent involved. The Redfin joke was hilarious, btw, because Redfin agents tend to be rank amateurs.
There was nothing "snotty" about the supervision line. That was more of a lament. The agent was 100% correct.
Your tiresome and trite knee-jerk agent bashing and hiliariously failed attempts to taunt are far more arrogant and "snotty." Don't point a finger -- three are pointing back at you.
