This for me too. My husband is awesome. In fact, I also think he is the husband some one saw in the grocery store and couldn't stop staring...

Mine is. He is certainly not perfect, despite what my coworkers think (I must say very nice things about him!) but he truly is awesome. Works in Big Law but still makes time for me and the family. Takes care of his share of household tasks. When we fight and it's his fault he works hard to be better and always apologizes. I often marvel at how I got so lucky. He makes me want to be a better wife and mother, but only by example and not by telling me I'm not good enough.

Before Big Law, yes. Now, no.

My husband is awesome - he is my best friend and works hard to take care of us, keep himself fit, etc. He is so patient and kind even when I am a PITA and such a sweet and loving dad to our daughter. I suppose we continue to grow as a couple and there are things that we realize along the way that each other could do better, but we talk it out and it all works. Also he is hot and is always ready to go

I was married to someone else before and it was so sad and lonely - I feel so lucky every day that I've been married to my guy (7 yrs).

My husband is amazing. I thank my lucky stars every day for him. A weird, anxious that-what-if-there-is-no-heaven-and-I-won't-see-him-in-the-afterlife type of love. We don't have children yet unfortunately so I can't comment on parenting but I'm confident he will be amazing at that too.

My husband isn't perfect by any means, but he is an involved father and pulls his weight around the house. Sometimes he drives me nuts, but you know, sometimes I drive him crazy, too. He's a good guy and I'm glad he's my partner in life.

My husband is definitely awesome. He always tries hard to do the right thing, and always considers our family in his decisions and everyday actions.

When I'm moody, he doesn't ignite the fire, he becomes even kinder and is so understanding it blows my mind.

The trust I have in him is such a good feeling, and makes every day life so sweet.

Yeah, he really is awesome. He's not perfect, and neither am I, but we really work together to figure out how to manage money, our son, our work, our social lives, and really important, how we fight. I learn from him, and I respect him, and I have fun with him. He's a wonderful person, and I'm very lucky.

My H does everything you listed but I still hesitate to say he is awesome. He is human (so am I) and he has many cracks in his armor (as do I).

Sometime he is great, sometimes not.

We have had to deal with death and dying and aging parents and kids with special needs, etc.

I am just not committed to saying he is awesome.
