My husband and I spend time cooking together.

We eat out or get takeout more than we should. In the warmer months, I'd rather be at the park with my daughter (having a picnic) than slaving over a hot stove in the kitchen. That said, I've put a couple of quick meals in the rotation that aren't too time-consuming, like burgers on the foreman grill with corn on the cob, and taco night.

+1

And DH and I both buy lunch. We hate packing lunches and never have leftovers.

Between coffee, breakfast, and lunch at work plus dinner out/takeout a few times a week? I don't even want to think about it.
