Either classic appeal like Old Town, great schools commute and walk ability of Arlington, the cache of a neighbors in the city itself, or the exclusivity of Bethesda. If you are just a nice home in a decent neighborhood like Alexandria FFX, your target demographic is falling behind economically. No increase in wages, rising insurance costs, etc. A Dickinsonian economy, a tale of two cities. Which city are you in???
I've seen this on a few threads now, and while I hate to be the nitpicker, the correct descriptor is "Dickensian." As in Charles Dickens. Dickens/Dickensian. Not Dickinsonian. Just FYI.
Otherwise, I agree. People are falling behind while everything gets more expensive, and your price needs to go down.
