We just use Montreal Steak Seasoning on salmon fillets and the kids go crazy over it. Sprinkle generously.

We love salmon burgers. Season to taste, use kaiser rolls, lettuce, tomato, and wasabi mayo....very tasty!

My go to salmon recipe for kids is, for about 1.5 lbs salmon, mix about 1/4 c brown sugar with a few tablespoons of dijon mustard, s/p the salmon the. spread the brown sugar mustard mixture on top - you can bake, broil or grill and it is always delicious.

I squeeze lemon on it and stick it in the oven. Serve with potato and veggie. Dinner is done and my kids love it. Even my picky eater who eats nothing will eat salmon with just lemon.
