If you're strict, Annie's makes a Worcestershire sauce without anchovies, and it's really, really good. Whole Foods or someplace probably have other brands, too.

just a warning - unless specified worsterschire sauce is not vegetarian - it is made with anchovies

Tofu! Look for the really super extra firm kind--Twin Oaks, which you can buy at MOM's and WF, or the firm sprouted kind, which I've bought at Trader Joe's and Safeway. Cut into thick slices, marinate in whatever you want, and grill. This, some grilled veg, and some hummus is my favorite summer meal - even the leftovers are good!

We put them directly on the grill but on the high shelf and flip them but you could also use a grill sheet - we don't have one but I like that idea. They get crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside!
