OP here-

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'll try it with just water tonight - super easy, cheap and healthy. And, I'll try all the other suggestions as well.

ALmond breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk. 30 calories per cup. Yum! I add blueberries, strawberries, and spinach. Sometimes raspberries too, and vanilla whey protein when not pregnant.

Juice we make in a juicer from kale, broccoli, cucumber, lemon, apple and celery. It is good stuff.
