+1. OP, why are you looking at my ass while I am working out and doing yoga?!

? Tampon in all month long? In case of what, exactly?

I was wondering the same thing!! The sweat doesn't come out the hole. Maybe she has urine leakage issues? I have no idea.

But that's the wrong hole!

Lucy is the best - their running or cross training ones (not yoga they have more cotton and show sweat spots.) Gotta go commando. No camel toe, you can sweat in all the wrong places and it doesn't show. Material doesn't see through in any way.

Target sells champion brand workout-material boy shorts that are great for under capris/leggings.

I like Costco's workout capris and pants. It does give me panty lines when I wear them with underwear, but they don't seem to be see through.

OP here seriously not a guy. I can get pretty moist at different times throughout the month, never thought to wear a tampon during thirds days. Thanks PP for suggestion! I've been wearing Moving Comfort undies and they do a pretty good job of not showing as much as cotton. I only posted because I was at the CrossFit Regionals this weekend and just noticed no panty lines and was curious. I wear capris because I have pasty, pasty, pasty white skin and like to cover up as much as possible.

The old navy compression ones are surprisingly pretty good.

Nothing. I used to wear panties until my workout partner kept harassing me about panty lines. I do feel much better now and no wedgie concerns.
