Although the rules might say you need a baptism, call the religious education office, and talk to them. Nativity in Burke might be worth a try. They love everyone and have a large non-catholic attendance at mass (I don't know about CCD - I just teach CCD, I don't check the kids paperwork in my class)
Tell them you are looking to come back to the church, but since your kids are older you want them to have some education on the church before you baptize them.
I know - lying to the church. It's a great way to start off!
