Great house, great price that would allow you to put some cash into it and add a better kitchen and ac right away. I love old houses, live in a house from 1910s in Palisades and my house cost more than double that one! Of course, our is fully renovated but not $700,000 worth of renovations.

What a beautiful street too. Wish I could afford it.

I think it's really cute. Not a fan of the pink kitchen paint but that is an easy fix. Love the rear yard.

What is up with the weird "bar" in the kitchen? It looks like someone just nailed together some planks and painted it. The house is cute otherwise. . .

I like this house a lot. Though I think the kitchen would bug me.

Well, it's in a historic homes district, so tearing it down is not an option. And happily, you can be guaranteed none of the neighbors will be building tear-down mcmansions either.
