Sure, it is possible to look 10-12 yrs younger than your age. Many factors factor into this I would say:
*Race: African-Americans, Asians and Indians tend to age much better than the general population as a whole. I.e., Tina Turner looks Wow (!)....
*Genetics: A lot of it also depends on how well your parents and other members of your family look, particularly your elder relatives.
*Lifestyle: Cliche, but so true. Stay away from cigarettes and the sun, and you pretty much are good to go. Cigarettes age you by giving you premature wrinkles all over, brown/yellow teeth and nails as well as changing your voice and causing you all types of health issues.
The sun ages your skin per-maturely by causing wrinkles, sun/age spots and that dry, leathery look we associate w/age.
