No, she won't be bored. The program is not about learning vocabulary, but rather spending your school day learning the MCPS curriculum in Spanish. The fact that she can already speak Spanish will just mean that she will be able to interact better with the teacher.
So there are many fluent Spanish speakers in the immersion classes?
