My favorite girlie drink:

Nuts and Berries

1/2 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
2 oz cream (half & half)

It sounds gross, but it's so delicious.

My favorite manly drink (I guess it's manly; it's whiskey based):

Sazerac

3 ounces rye whiskey
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Peychaud bitters to taste
Absinthe or absinthe substitute
Lemon twist for garnish

Preparation:

Chill an old-fashioned glass.
In a separate mixing glass, muddle the simple syrup and Peychaud bitters together.
Add the rye whiskey to the bitters mixture and stir.
Rinse the chilled glass with absinthe by pouring a small amount into the glass, swirling it around and discarding the liquid.
Strain the whiskey mixture from the mixing glass into the old fashioned glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 basil leaves
1/2 grapefruit, juiced
1 1/2 ounce Hendricks Gin
1/4 ounce simple syrup
club soda
1 thin slice grapefruit

In a rocks glass, muddle 1 basil leaf with symple syrup. Fill the glass with ice. Add fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and gin. Stir and top with club soda. Garnish with basil leaf and sliced grapefruit.

For ladies: Mojito (4 fresh lime pieces-half a lime, sugar, mint with stem(2-3),white rum or try Captain Morgan( will change taste),lime juice).Make fresh lime juice mixed with sugar or buy frozen (forgot the brand name).Don't use syrup of any kind including Rose's sweetened lime juice.Add clubsoda if you like some bubbles, but not necessary.
For men: Mint Julep (bourbon, mint,some sugar)
