I have multiple coworkers that commute from Kent Island. Maybe after my kids go off to college. I would love it. I love crabcakes and football. I love fishing and crabbing. I love quiet.

+1 southeastern fairfax county has plenty of waterfront home and neighborhoods from just south of old town to mason neck, and the commute into DC is much easier.

Looks similar to where I grew up in flyover country. No, would never live there. Couldn't get out fast enough the first time...
