NP here. Why would someone care if you were judging them? Does your judgey stare sting or something?

Lol maybe s/he has electric zappers that shoot from her/his eyes.

That OP actually spent the time to find and post a link to the offending slippers

or

that I actually clicked on it!

fwiw...I wore raggedy flip-flops all day long...even picked up my kids with them on...no link though. I wonder what the moms at my kids' school are saying about me.

The bigger question is, would you want your kids to go to a school where the parents judge you based on your shoes?

There was a post I read a while back about going braless, and someone wrote about how she goes braless and all the moms at the schools give her dirty looks. Made me laugh. I go braless during the summer b/c it's too damn hot. I suffocate in bras during the summer. Shoes, too. Wear flip flops. Go braless. I don't care.

That you have big ugly feet.

That you should buy a bigger size. It makes your feet look bigger when your heels are hanging over the back of the flip flops.

+1 I wouldn't ever notice. If they were pink bunny slippers, I'd think it was odd, but that they probably were having a really tough morning and say a small prayer that their day gets better.

Has a sole. Why buy them if they are not to be worn outside on occasion?

Well, OP, there's your answer. Most people don't seem to care, but those that go to "chi chi" ones do apparently care. Why? I have no idea. I guess chi chi parents have nothing better to do with their brains than judge people who don't wear the "right" clothes/shoes, drive the right cars, etc.

I can't begin to imagine caring about some random parents footwear. The handful of functioning brain cells I have left can surely be put to better use.
