No, not really. Not a lot of move outs for school-age kids unless it's a relocation out of the area.
Well, there is a k in our tiny crappy condo building wpth who lived in petworth, lost the obb and charter lottery three years running, and moved here.

I'm moving to brookland from a crappy, tiny wop condo BECAUSE I got into a charter school. So there's that possibility too.
