Check Common Sense Media. They have been very helpful to me!
Also, I LOVE The Sandlot. The only thing I can think of is that they say "sh*t" once or twice and they openly ogle a girl who one of them kisses--camera shows her rear end, her shape, etc etc. Marginally sexualized.

Monsters Vs. Aliens.
My niece and nephew loved this movie when they were 7 & 10. My nephew even learned how to play the Beverly Hills Cop theme on the piano because of it.

An 8 year old seeing other kids give the middle finger, a coach drunk, kids saying to stick a trophy up your a**, coach throwing a beer can at a kid, curse words, racial slurs, 11 yr old smoking + coach giving beer to 11 year olds.
