+1. Went there recently for a bday party for an elderly in law. Very senior friendly. And, the buffet brunch was actually not too bad. Pricey though at $50 pp.

Only if they can do several steps. There are some rooms that require a full staircase and I believe the other rooms require several steps.

I'm pretty sure oval room is disabled accessible - I went there with a guy in a wheelchair once - it is all one level. It is decently quiet.

Maybe a private room? Old ebbitt has some but there are in lower level so asks about access.

Went there recently with Grandfather-in-law who has trouble walking. Very handicapped friendly. It also has a few small side rooms. I'm sure you can ask to be seated there to avoid noise.

How about CityZen? No stairs, and a short walk from the front door of the mandarin.

I was also going to suggest La Ferme. It's really old school and the food is decent. I just went there for my birthday because I wanted someplace quiet. I used to go there when I Was a kid - it was a ncie throwback evening.

Black Market is very nice, but it can get busy--not always quiet. They also only take reservations for half their tables, and have a walk-up line for the rest. The wait can get long.

There are just a couple of steps up at the front of the house, or there's a ramp.

What about black market bistro in Kensington.
