I know right? I think my 89 year old grandma would laugh for 20 min straight if I told her my 6 month old is on allergy medicine. O now a days things are *different*.
Just because it isn't common doesn't mean it is impossible. I'm the pp whose DS started on Zyrtec at 10 months. He was ridiculously miserable when the pollen counts were moderate to high during the spring and fall: sneezing all the time, constant runny nose, red/itchy/watering eyes. Inside the house with closed windows and the A/C on - he was fine. Go outside for a few minutes or open the windows during the spring or fall - he would start sneezing and then it was downhill from there. So yes, it is possible for a child under 1 to have seasonal allergies.
