Just out of curiosity, for those of you who do Botox regularly, and have started on the younger side, how much do you spend a year on Botox maintenance?

I'm 48 and have just started looking into it and have been told that it will need to be redone every 3 months at $600 each time. That can really add up. You need to keep doing it regularly right?

Thank you. Someone has common sense here. Exactly. Dermatologist started at 35 and she's 50 without wrinkles.

I'm curious, then. If she is 50 with no wrinkles (which obviously isn't possible without Botox), does she look natural? Is it obvious she had Botox? I actually think that as women get older they look a little strange with shiny, smooth wrinkle-free faces.
It would have to be done very sparingly to look normal.

Two questions:

1. Who is good for natural-looking Botox and fillers in DC?

2. It seems to me that injecting fillers will stretch the skin such that, if you ever stop doing it, you'll sag more than you might otherwise have sagged. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, do you all plan to do it into your eighties or beyond?

I started Botox at 37. Now 40 and no lines. The beginnings of the crease between my eyes is gone.

I think 40 is too young to start fillers - lines are still pretty minimal and don't look bad or detract from beauty.
