There are likely at least a few folks who are responding yes today b/c it's the deadline, but are still mulling over any other options they may have in the common lottery where decisions aren't due until May 1. I'd bet there will be a bit of movement in May when the common lottery shakes out.

I just don't see how it could change so much from one year. I heard they had 15 or sibs for the 34 slots, which still leaves 19 openings....
