There is also one in the lower level of Congressional Plaza. In addition to the Mon-Sat lunch buffet they also have a Fri/Sat night dinner buffet. DS LOVES looking at the fish tank.
Also- Normandie Farms in Potomac has a Sunday brunch buffet. It's kind of $$ but the popovers are to die for. While the food is buffet and fast the only kids in the restaurant tend to be there for special family occasions.
