No, it doesn't. Butter is fine and if it's pastured, it's high in CLA and quite good for you.
Butter is one of the healthiest foods I eat. And fish, fish is healthy too. The fats to be avoided are trans fats and most vegetable oils.
I am making salmon cakes for dinner tonight. A can of costco canned wild salmon mixed with sour cream, bread crumbs, onions, eggs, and spices. Pan fried in ghee. A hit for the whole family.
