I see mixed reviews on Fairfax Collegiate so far, but not much reviews to come to a conclusion.
Hope someone whose kids were past camper at this place provide some useful info.
I've found FC to be decent. The teachers are either TJ students or former TJ students who are now in college. The classes are small and the administration is responsive.
If you have any direct questions about FC, I suggest you contact their admin. Very responsive.

TIC also has locations in MD and DC-you have to sign up as early as December of the prior year to get in, but well worth the wait.
One of my adult colleagues at work went to TIC every summer as a youth, and is one of the smartest and tech savvy people I have ever met-so clearly, they do something right.
Most computer geeks would probably prefer an all day classroom setting. You see balance, the geek sees boredom.
