I gained a lot of upper body strength and muscle from swimming. So much so that when my husband and I played catch after a winter in which I took up swimming, I was amazed at how hard I could throw the ball! Pretty cool

OP here, thanks for the new feedback. At this point, I feel comfortable rounding up my weightloss by 2-3 lbs, to a nice round number

I fully get that it's unlikely I've gained 25 lbs of muscle, but I think 2-3 muscle gain over 15 months (with mostly significant weight loss) is not outside the realm of fair possibility!
