I weighed pretty much everything until I got a handle on it. You get pretty good at estimating after a few weeks of weighing everything (if you eat the same foods).

You can get food scales for pretty cheap, like $9.99. Try Homegoods.

Thank you!

some foods are listed by weight and some by measurements. Weighing is most accurate as there is really no room for error versus measuring when you can make the cup rounded or pack food in.

I tried the Weight Watchers app and my 5 year old read my weight out (without realizing what it meant) to my in-laws when I let her play with my phone at brunch!

You are telling us that you look smaller than your real weight? People can't tell by just looking at you?

Don't be obtuse PP, you know most people aren't comfortable have their weight announced for public scrutiny.

There are also some free walking/running apps that will put info directly into MFP. I can look them up if you need.

In MFP, you have to really DIG to find your weight....or you could refrain from recording your weight.
