stirfry of broccoli, carrot, onions, eggplant, bell peppers and tofu with lots of basil and a sauce made from sesame oil, grated garlic and ginger, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and brown sugar. i use sriracha. served with rice and a big bowl of fresh pineapple.
