Wow. These people are awful. Just for the record epo can absolutely cause cramping in some individuals. Everyone is different. Many women actually get worse cramping with it. Dont let people make you feel stupid. You know your body. They are obviously not physicians.

Wow people are so rude! OP, if you don't like taking EPO, no need to continue. The evidence on it is shoddy anyway. VBACfacts has a nice little summary of the studies and their findings on the stuff. I know of a lot of "natural" friendly providers recommend EPO simply because it's natural, and for no other reason, but I've had nasty reactions to plenty of natural stuff in the past and that's not enough to convince me it's a good idea.
