When they first came out I was pregnant with DS (now 9) and we did a test drive at a dealer near the beltway in Alexandria. There was no traffic and DH scared the crap out of me, that car was FAST!

I think the reincarnated muscle cars are cool. The foreign cars are so ubiquitous and they just scream beige and middle-aged. Unless it's an M3.
yeah, but no chance I'm driving to work in a Camaro or a Challenger. Though if I were rich and had a 5 car garage, would definitely have a big black Challenger with the Hemi!

I think its great OP. When it was time for me to buy I decided to go American - there are some great options these days. FWIW I saw an older white lady in Friendship Heights driving a Chrysler 300 the other day. I only noticed because she was driving super, duper slow.

My DH wants one too. Maybe it is a midlife crisis. I veto very few things but the Chrysler 300 was one of them! The office cars seem to be Audis or Jeep Grand Cherokees. He ended up with a VW....
