RH towel colors bum me out.

I've had good luck with LL Bean towels. The quick dry news really hold up well.

Is there a specific Restoration Hardware towel that is amazing? I'd love to order a set for my family but not sure which one to go with from the website.

I'm a fan of the Target "rapid dry" towels. They've stayed soft, come in lots of colors, and dry fast. They're not super-thick, but that part doesn't bother me.
They don't seem to be available online any more, though.

I also agree on the Restoration Hardware towels, but they are pricey, even on sale.

There are the more expensive finest luxury collection towels and the less expensive micro cotton towels. All three are excellent. However I get the Turkish towels in white only because the products I use on my face end up bleaching the colored towels. Restoration Hardware's towels are really good too but I like Macys more.

This. And yes I realize this thread is a few years old.

We got Macys Hotel Collection towels for our wedding 6 years ago. Since we lived in a small space, I only registered for two. We have used them almost continuously for SIX YEARS and they are still in great shape. The same two towels. It's crazy. We have a house now and my DH was finally like "maybe we should buy some more of these?" so yeah, we will. But I highly recommend.

We also have RH towels, which are good too, but not as soft. They hold up really well though. We don't use them since my DH uses acne products that ruin the dye.

oh hell no. I've bought Walmart towels (was out camping and forgot ours). They're the worst towels ever. Only good for dog washing. Don't even soak up water well and they're stiff after washing.

I thought I would love 100% Egyptian Cotton towels but they don't dry. They are luxurious and incredibly soft but when hung up, even overnight, are a just a little damp in the morning.

I also bought the Elizabeth Arden bath sheets... beautiful, thick & luxurious until after a few washings they fell apart.
Did not keep the receipt.

Frontgate (online) has fantastic bath sheets. They are pricey but they have sales a couple of times a year.
