We ordered from Fluffy Thoughts for Christmas. We thought it was average and portion sizes were tiny. We also like Danielle's Desserts in Tyson's II but they have messed up our holiday orders (didn't give us one of the three items we preordered). Delicious though and might not be an issue during non holiday time

I think pastry xpo in merrifield is your best bet, or Silva's. Cenans doesn't have that big a selection I have found.

Pastry XPo is very good. There was a Persian café/bakery near Pie Gourmet. Is it still open?
Cupcakes! is definitely worth the hype. Good prices and presentation too.
