Thanks for helping me out, everyone.

I guess the answer is to just keep avoiding Chipotle. Or I could try their ingredients one-by-one to try to pinpoint which one it is, but I dread the headache and never really liked it that much anyway (only got in when family was eating there).

Do you have any food allergies (could be cross-contamination)? Anything you eat there that you don't normally eat (eg) cilantro?

Could it be the obnoxiously loud music? Every time we go I am assaulted by it. Or, as others suggested, the salt.

OP just because you do not regularly have high blood pressure does not mean it cannot spike due to a sodium blast.

High blood sugar can also be the cause of a headache. The rice, beans and wrap would spike my blood glucose

It can be high blood pressure. If you have a high sodium diet(yes chipotle is high) and low potassium...well read this.

Potassium, Sodium & Headaches
Last Updated: Jun 14, 2011 | By Stephanie Chandler
Inappropriate amounts of sodium and potassium can cause hypertension-related headaches.
Sodium and potassium are essential minerals, which means that your body cannot function properly without enough of these minerals. Getting too much or too little of either of these minerals can cause physical symptoms, but neither is directly associated with headaches. Sodium and potassium levels do affect your blood pressure.however, and high blood pressure, a medical condition known as hypertension, can cause headache.
Sodium, Potassium and Hypertension
Sodium and potassium are electrolytes, which transmit tiny electrical impulses, making them important in normal nerve and muscle function. They also balance the amount of fluid in the body. You consume the majority of sodium in your diet in the form sodium chloride, or table salt. Sodium attracts water, so as the amount of sodium in your blood increases, your volume of blood also increases. To compensate for the increased blood volume, your blood pressure increases to keep the blood flowing. Potassium helps to counteract the effects of sodium. Excessive sodium intake with a potassium deficiency can cause hypertension.

Hypertension and Headaches
Headaches affect approximately 90 percent of the people in the United States. Most headaches are not serious, although some headaches can be a result of a more serious medical condition. High blood pressure, often referred to as the silent killer, can cause headaches, according to the National Headache Foundation. Hypertension does not usually cause recurring headaches, but it can cause an occasional headache due to increased pressure in the blood vessels in the head. The majority of hypertension-related headaches occur when blood pressure reaches levels of at least 200 mmHg over 110 mmHg.

Not quite sure. At least ten times? I used to only get it when visiting another city. Then a location opened up in my city and I threw caution to the wind and got it here a couple of times. Headache and very sick feeling both times.

The only other food that's produced a similar/severe reaction are a delicious, cheap brand of ramen that I loved in my early college years. Those noodles do have MSG in them. The Chipotle headache is much worse though (from what I can remember).

It's normal.

Hm, I don't think so. I don't have this reaction when I have taco night at home and use sour cream.

It is Jesus. He is trying to kill you; he has chosen the burrito as his weapon.

And rice. I bet there's lots of salt in the rice. I've seen them pour in a cloudy liquid into the big bowl of rice when they prepare it which I figured was some type of salt and flavor.

Blood pressure spike from too much salt.

Or any Italian food, almost all of which has more MSG than most Chinese food. Or basically any non-vegetarian food. The MSG bogeyman is particularly silly.
