+1 on the roasted broccoli

I love her Perfect Roast Chicken. It is the best roast chicken I've ever had and super easy.

I've also gotten rave reviews for her Curry Chicken Salad.

This is a huge hit in my house. I leave out the noodles and make a double batch which I freeze for last minute dinner guests or out of town visitors.

Favs that we make often:
Spiced cashews
Turkey sausage lasagna
Curried chicken salad
Buttermilk ranch dressing
Herb dip
Chicken with goat cheese and basil
Oven toasted bacon
Beatty's chocolate cake
Coconut cupcakes
Blueberry streusel muffins
Challah French toast
Potato basil frittata
Cheddar dill scones

Did not love:
Swordfish
Guacamole (Alton's is way better IMO)
Baked beans
Chocolate buttercream frosting
Flag cake (sooooo dry!)
Shortbread cookies

I make Alton's guac once a week in the summer. So simple and really, really good. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/guacamole-recipe.html

I agree with the PP that said she has yet to find anything of Ina's she doesn't like. I love that she uses simple ingredients that you can find in a place like Safeway and that her dishes are really easy to put together. I have several of her cookbooks with my favorites being "Back to Basics" then "How Easy is That?"

Her lemon and arugula pasta. I don't eat shrimp, so that might be the same recipe that other posters have referenced but just didn't write down the shrimp part.

She has a black bean guac salad that I make weekly in the summer. It is amazing and super simple!

We also make her Parmesan Chicken with lemon dressing. My husband does the happy dance when he hears its for dinner.

I also love the chicken with 40 cloves of garlic. We eat the Panko crusted salmon with Dijon mustard almost weekly. I have never made something of hers that wasn't delicious, and I've probably made 30 of her recipes.
