While it's heating, microwave the pizza a little bit so it's warm and the cheese melts (but not so much that it turns to cardboard). Drop in a hot skillet and the crust gets crispy again. Excellent reheated pizza in about three minutes.

I am going to have to disagree about Ledo's. I have eaten it the next day, it is true, but the greasiness of the crust really doesn't do well 24 hours later. JMHO.

NP here--I have to disagree with your disagreement, at least with respect to the pepperoni from the River Road branch. I find that the crust stays flaky and crispy (almost like a good pie crust) for at least a day or two, so long as you don't reheat it (it tends to be greasy and flabby once reheated).Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Ledo's pizza. This is a joke, right? i have to order two large pizzas just to feed all four of us one dinner.
