If my husband wears a certain shirt with a certain pair of pants, he will only wear that shirt with those pants. 4 EVER.

He has 20 year old shoes that look brand new so to him they are still in style. THEY ARE NOT.

He wakes up between 4 and 5 am every single day including weekends and vacation days.

He wears sweat pants with his shirt tucked in, pants hiked to his neck.

He claims he makes the bed daily. He pulls the covers back, it's never made.

Collects glasses of water on his nightstand and dresser until there are no more in kitchen before he brings them down.

Misses laundry basket and trash can everytime.

He will carry on conversations in his head, and without giving me any clue as to what he's been thinking about, will continue the conversation out loud with me and I have to catch up. He also resumes conversations from days ago or that he had with other people with no warning. I've gotten better at piecing it all together over the years. Depending on my mood its incredibly irritating or cute/funny.

Can't hear through the cacophony of clucking hens...did someone say "perfection"?

Ditto on the remaining fully dressed until bedtime. I swear his work (dress) shoes sound like stilettos on the hardwoods!

But the worst, is leaving water in the soap holder when he showers so the soap turns into this goopy mess!

He judges me like the way I'm helping DS1 with hid homework. He does not recognize that he never helps with homework or reminds DS about homework.

he makes constant sexual innuendoes. Like all the time. Like 5 minutes after I've had a c-section.

my sweet husband is a combination of all the other husbands mentioned before! but the one thing that drives me most bananas is that when he is doing aforementioned "emptying pockets" routine, he never does it neatly or in one location, so EVERY DAY we are trying to get out the door and we go through the "where are my keys?" "have you seen my wallet?" "help me look for my sunglasses" routine. SO OLD!

the worst part of it is that we find these things in the freakiest places. keys in the fridge, wallet on the basement bed, glasses in the pantry

In my house it is random bits of paper -- gum wrappers, candy wrappers, receipts from goodness knows what!

Reads a magazine, tears off the postcard inserts in them, uses them as toothpick. Discards the used bits of paper in a coffee mug. When you go to wash the mug, you have these random bits of paper stuck inside.

Ok, that is probably the only weird and gross thing he does...other than that he is very sweet. SO - I don't say anything to him now.
