The Kindergarten report card doesn't have an "E" on the key. Is "E" only an option in higher grades? Looks like the only options for Kindergarten are P, I and N.

MCPS report cards don't make sense. They are highly inconsistent. Each teacher has his or her own method of reporting grades. It is so frustrating for parents. I wish teachers would get better instruction from administrators.
