yes, this looks like the one I used. The only thing I did differently was I cooked the roast whole. I had purchased a bone-in butt at Sams, and it was too hard to debone/cut into the cubes. So I just cooked it whole, as instructed, in the dutch oven, and deboned once it was done cooking. So my meat was more shredded than cubed at the end. Other than that, though, followed those directions exactly.
