But now that the scores have evened out and probably refelect a more realistic picture of the differnces between schools people are in shock and even question if the site has been hacked? Hilarious.

I don't fully understand the Great Schools rating process. Never have. FFX County schools with competitive academics can receive 7 ratings while schools in states w/o strong state standards, mediocre curriculum can get a 10 from Great Schools.
