I know that this is an old thread. That said, there are data-recovery services that do this sort of thing. Pricing is generally quite high (likely four figures), and there is usually no guarantee of success. It might be worth it for one-of-a-kind data. In general, it is best to make the decision about whether or not to use a data-recovery service as soon as possible, as any DIY attempts at recovery are likely to decrease the chances of success by a data-recovery service.
And now is where I ask this: if the information is so important, then why wasn't it backed up to some other device? Backups are always cheaper than data recovery.

my old dying samsung verizon flip fone holds more than 90 pix. how can i send/transfer all of those pix to my desktop computer fast (or slow)? i have been sending a pic while my old
phone is charged in the form of an email this takes forever to send one pic. there has to be a faster and better way to do this. as soon as all of the pix are saved in my puter, i will have to buy a cell fone. this broken cell has been on its last leg long enuff...the battery in this cell phone is dying and i cannot get the back off of this cell. in other words...i need all of the saved pix saved and will deal with replacement cell phone down the road.

What type of input is there for charging?
You could just put in a micro SD and transfer the pictures in the phone memory to the SD card and then take the card and upload to your computer
