Already in progress. City has rfps out for redevelopment of most of the remaining public housing sites in Old Town.
If only this were true.
But in fact, they are only redeveloping the public housing into more public housing.
The City promises to replace housing for each person whose housing they replace. So in fact, they are doing anything to change the demographics which is really what is needed.
