Double check condiments, dressings, ice cream, candy, baking soda, spices, etc.

San-J Gluten Free Tamari sauce is what I use instead of soy sauce.

Totally agree. If you're having health issues, you probably should get tested for celiac b/f you go off gluten if you want an accurate result. It's not a weight loss diet and people who have celiac often have difficulty getting enough fiber and B12. So look b/f you leap.
