because it takes more time than sauce from a jar or baking from a mix. That's why it's easier to do on weekends.

We are indulging tonight - steak & cheese subs using homemade "cheez whiz". Broccoli & salad.

baked salmon, baked potatoes, sauteed red cabbage. And a whole bunch of those Whole Foods tea cookies for dessert!

Thai food (delivery)

Broccoli soup, fancy grilled cheese, and a couple bottles of good porter (milk for the kids ).

Had Indian buffet for lunch, so something light--maybe leftovers or yogurt.

Making veggie pad Thai with fried tofu.

Tacos - soft and hard shell.

Thinking take out from Mei Wah.

Thai Peanut Chicken in the slow cooker. Recipe from a healthy cookbook so it's much better for you than what I'd normally order in. I don't add as much curry paste as the recipe calls for to dial it back about for the 3yr old.

Probably over quinoa instead of rice.

Wine.

Paisano's (they deliver, and I've spent way too much time outside on this dreary day). If Popeye's delivered, you can bet I'd be ordering from there (go Saints!!!).
