because it takes more time than sauce from a jar or baking from a mix. That's why it's easier to do on weekends.

Thai Peanut Chicken in the slow cooker. Recipe from a healthy cookbook so it's much better for you than what I'd normally order in. I don't add as much curry paste as the recipe calls for to dial it back about for the 3yr old.

Probably over quinoa instead of rice.
