Someone posted this recipe recently and I tried it last night. It was sooooo good. I brought leftovers with grilled salmon for lunch and my husband took leftovers with steak for his lunch

Tips/Tweaks:
- I omitted the radishes, goat cheese and pecans because I didn’t have them in the house
- I added sliced almonds instead of pecans
- I forgot the salt and pepper in the dressing but it was still pretty tasty
- Do sprinkle the kale with salt and squish the pieces together really well to get rid of the bitterness, it should become dark and fragrant per the author (and it did)
