NP. I hated Al-Anon and did not find it helpful. Al-Anon is for people who want to stay caught up in the drama. Don't go to Al-Anon. Just walk away.

She is an alcoholic. She will use you. The details of her "stories" don't matter. I hope you can - at the soonest time possible - find a way to help her children directly.
