If someone drove towards me on the wrong side of the street, I'd let them know however I could, by honking, yelling, flashing my high beams etc . . . . The OP was on the wrong side of the street. By doing so she put herself, her child, and the drivers at risk. Why wouldn't they let her know?

That's not a very good explanation. Is there any reason you'd choose to walk with the traffic, when you might as well walk against it? Low traffic is still traffic. What makes you want to walk with it instead of against it?

We also have bike lights on our stroller, but I tend to walk against traffic. I also tend to walk the inside of curves rather than the outside. I figure if someone isnt paying attention they are more likely to hit the outside than the inside, right?
