East Pearl and Sichuan Jin River in Rockville are where the Chinese go. Very authentic, if that's what you want.

We like "East Pearl" Cantonese restaurant in Rockville, across from wintergreen plaza. For dim sum, the closest in Rockville and also taste good is "Far East" in Nicholson Ln near white flint.
