Hard candy to suck on , or bottles or sippy cups so that they swallow and their ears don't feel pressure. Snacks, medicine, things to make them comfortable.

Maybe the change in air pressure will do them good? I find chewable Benadryl, Tylenol, and Motrin are the best things to pack. No risk of spills, and you can pack far more doses because they're more compact!
