Bonuses come out in March. So , don't know yet. Doesn't look good as we are not meeting the financial goals. Historically has been ~$25k for $150k salary.

60K, $12 bonus.

$125K at a trade association with a $200 gift card for the holidays

$195,000. $1000 bonus and a framed certificate.

100k no bonus for non corporate levels ever but we do and he gotten raised all these lean years (in october).

I used to get about $1200 from my 70k job, and that has dropped back to $300 in recent years. Spouse makes a bit more, but does not receive bonuses. At his previous job, he made 60 percent as much; the contracting company for whom he worked would give small bonuses whenever the contract received a bonus. That happened each holiday season, and at the end of significant project milestones. Holiday bonuses were a few hundred. Project bonuses around $200. Managers received more, but my spouse was not a manager.

Also a fed. We used to occasionally get spot awards--they're not true bonuses since they are tied to specific accomplishments, but my agency tended to distribute them 2x a year, one of which was at Christmas time. So at least a small percentage of people got something that felt like a Christmas bonus! Now there's no money for them, but my boss managed to wrangle a time off award for me this year. Since I'm newly pregnant and was going to take lwop next year to extend maternity leave, this is especially welcome.

$75K and no bunus. Work for a large defense contractor - only the big wigs get a bonus. On the upside, I'm part-time, have a flexible schedule and can work from home. No complaints here.

97K, possibly no bonus but hoping for 2K.

My sneaky company does reviews in the middle of the year, and raises then - I think so that they don't need to give me a yearly adjustment nor bonus. They have a pool of money they dole out in small increments, and I will be bummed if they give me nothing.

I really think they time the whole thing:

Summer 2011 - hire
December 2011/January 2012 - no raise or bonus since I "just started"
Summer 2012 - positive review. No adjustments
December 2012/January 2013 - no adjustment, $2K bonus
Summer 2013 - positive review, $4K raise.
December 2013/January 2014 - I think I'm screwed
